How long does it take to receive my package?

Where do you ship from?
We print and ship the majority of our items from the EU: all organic T-Shirts, Longsleeves and many other products come to you from Riga, Latvia. A smaller portion is handled at our US warehouse: products like the Champion Packable Jackets have to be NUNCHYFIED at our base in Charlotte, North Carolina. The production location of certain products, such as Posters, depends on your order destination and is split across the America and the rest of the world.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Organic fabrics
Producing sustainably is important to us, which is why most of our T-Shirts are made out of cotton from organic farming. This means the cotton is naturally produced without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or any other agricultural chemicals. Also, the cotton is grown from non-genetically modified plants.
Eco-friendly ink & printing
We use the DTG (direct-to-garment) printing method for our apparel. Designs are printed directly onto the garment and absorb the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly, CPSIA-compliant, non-toxic, non-hazardous and soluble in water. They are free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).

What should I do?
After an order is made we send an order confirmation via email. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us via support@nunchy.com and we will resend your order confirmation.
My package arrived but my order is incomplete:
Where is the rest of my ordered items?
Our products may be packaged differently depending on what kind of products you ordered. This means there is no guarantee that your whole order will be delivered together. Don’t worry if your order has arrived only partially - the other part is surely not far away.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our payment methods are:
Visa, Master, Maestro, American Express, Klarna Sofort, Klarna Pay Now, EPS, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Do I get a tracking number for my parcel?
Yes, all our shipments come with a tracking number. After the shipment leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email in which the tracking number is included.
Order status page
You will see your personal order status page after checkout. Once a tracking number has been added to your order, your order status page will display real-time shipping updates from our carriers.
